Nothing would make us happier than knowing that you and your little girl love our work. That is why we strive to make each accessory in a very special way for each of our clients. But, if this has not been the case, we will understand. We value everything that encourages us to grow and do better every day

FINAL CONSIDERATIONS

  • All returns must have a return form attached or we will be unable to process your return.

  • Click on the link at the bottom of this page where we ask "Do you want to return an order?" to contact us and send you the return form.

  • Keep in mind, we are only able to accept returns for merchandise purchased within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Once we receive the returned items, they go through an inspection process. If you do not pass this process, we will contact you, since in this way, unfortunately, we will not be able to guarantee the refund or return of your order if that's the case.

  • Please allow up to 4 - 6 days for your return to be processed.

  • The buyer is responsible for any shipping costs to return the item, unless the return is a result of any mistake we've made (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable. 

  • If you have received a defective item, please contact customer service within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. 

  • If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. 

  • You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.

  • Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return.

  • Unwashed. Never worn. No make-up or deodorant stains.

  • Original tags must still be attached.

  • Unfortunately clearance or sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

  • Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.

  • Custom Orders cannot be refunded or exchanged.
